The saddle features shock absorbers between the deck and the base of the saddle. These provide plenty of shock absorption and minimise vibrations. The extra padding provides a high level of comfort and prevents chafing and uncomfortable pressure. The saddle deck is made of Fibra-Tek. This material is lightweight, but also wear resistant and durable. The base (7mm diameter) is made of TI-316 steel. This type of steel is not only stainless, but also 25 percent stronger and 15 percent lighter than commonly used types of steel. This makes the Selle Italia DIVA Gel Superflow a comfortable, lightweight and durable saddle.

A great product women-specific. A really comfortable saddle
I used to have a different saddle from Selle Italia, but it started to cause me discomfort once I’d cycled more than 40 km. Not anymore. I’m really happy with this saddle.

Fine saddle, but not for me
The Diva Gel eventually returned, tried it out alongside the Lady Gel. The Lady is slightly wider, which suits my body better. I also felt that the Lady is slightly softer, which I also liked better. All in all, this is a fine saddle, but I still preferred the Lady Gel!
